A lot of people love travelling with family, friends or their significant others. However, with that being said, the most rewarding of them all can be solo travelling. It makes you appreciate and love yourself even more. It makes you see how strong you are, and how to believe in yourself. A lot of people might think, that solo travelling may not be what it is cracked up to be. But it can truly be a life changing experience. When you go somewhere on your own, you break out from your shell, you meet new people from different parts of the world and you really learn how to become a better person. While travelling with other people might be fun, and you get to experience other things too, it is important to have at least once in a lifetime experience of going on your own. When you travel by yourself somewhere, it is great to go somewhere you really want to go and never been before, somewhere where you can sit in silence for a few hours just looking at the scenery and reflecting the surroundings. A lot of people never do it, because they are afraid of being in a new place on their own. Always be cautious in any country you go, but enjoy it and take everything in. Don’t be scared and go for it! Take chances in life, because they are the ones with the most beautiful outcomes. Whether it is going solo to Europe and eating delicious gelato while walking the rustic streets, backpacking in South East Asia or South America or even experiencing New Zealand and Australia. No matter where it is that you want to go, make sure you make the best of it on your own. Take pictures, laugh and smile, talk to locals and tourists alike, and listen to their experience and dreams. Always keep a journal with you on your travels to record memories, dreams and moments. Make sure you see all the sunsets and sunrise and enjoy every little second of it, because life’s too short to be scared, go out and live!!
